Bulk Billed Consultations

We have the facilities to bulk bill a full eye health examination to anyone with a Medicare card every 2 years.
However anyone with a Veteran Affairs Gold Card, Diabetes, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration or any other progressive condition can be seen at any time and be bulk billed.

 Most examinations carried out between those times can also be bulk billed; so whether you have a sore eye, an ingrown lash or think your vision has deteriorated and want some new specs, we are happy to see you for a short consultation to resolve the issue

Specialist tests, such as: Lacrimal Lavage, Corneal Topography and OCT (Ocular Coherence Tomography) are to be patient funded according to the fee shedule below.

Patients can claim their full health fund rebate on all spectacles and contact lenses purchased through Options Eyecare.
Regardless of which health fund you belong to; if you have optical cover you are entitled to a full rebate on spectacles, contact lenses and prescription sunglasses purchased at Options Eyecare.
